Charles' first book, Charles Faudree's French Country Signature, was released by Gibbs Smith Publishers to wide acclaim in 2003 and is now in its ninth printing with over 60,000 copies sold. While he has promoted the book in lectures around the country, USA Today has joined many shelter magazines in writing feature articles on his work. Charles' latest addition, Charles Faudree Home, was released in 2012, marking this as his sixth published book.
Charles' first fabric collection with Vervain was introduced in September 2010 and featured original artwork inspired by the famed interior designer along with documents uncovered during his worldly travels. It captured his signature, a chic interpretation of French Country style that embodied the relationship between a simple French farmhouse and an elegant chateau.
Charles' newest collection with Stroheim translates his signature design style and philosophy of "mix, not match" into fabrics, trimmings and wallcoverings. With his unmatched sense of scale and color, Charles' passion for design has created a collection that is truly inspiring.
